We are pleased to be recruiting an experienced and pro-active leader to join our Senior team.
The Associate Director of Women and Children’s Services will be a registered midwife and registered nurse who will support the Nurse/ AHP Director and Chief Operating Officer to deliver strategic direction for women and children’s services across the Western Isles.
The post holder will be responsible for operational care and driving innovation to ensure safe, compassionate services for women and children in the Western Isles. Key requirements include proven experience in maternity services, continuous improvement skills, and strong leadership.
If you can work across a variety of clinical departments and systems, giving direction and support, developing strong networks, teams and improvements for staff and patient experience and outcomes, this post represents that opportunity.
Problem anticipation and solution flows, an appetite for innovation and development, team building, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key attributes
