Priory Hospital Woking, Knaphill, Surrey is a mental health and addiction rehab hospital providing inpatient and outpatient treatment for a range of conditions, including addictions, depression and private autism assessments for adults. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Chobham Road and Woking railway station approximately 2–3 miles from the hospital. The M25 and M3 are also easily accessible.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here. You will oversee patient paperwork and administrative processes, ensuring they are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for coordinating and monitoring funding arrangements, making sure the necessary funding is in place throughout each individual’s care.This position is a leadership role at Priory and during the interview process we will be assessing candidates against our leadership behaviours.   • Experience within an Admissions, Bed Management or other appropriate clinical administrative position
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, changing environment, with demonstrable ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively
  • Previous experience within a healthcare environment
