Inclusion's Health in Justice Senior Leadership Team is looking for someone who is innovative, forward thinking and has proven administration experience to provide efficient, professional administrative support to the team.

You will work alongside colleagues within the Central Admin Team and across the service, completing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. You must be a team player who is motivated, approachable and organised.

You will have experience within an office environment and excellent written, telephone and verbal communication skills. You will be competent in all Microsoft packages and able to capture and present accurate meeting records. You will have the ability to work under pressure, solve problems and manage your workload independently to meet deadlines.

This is a senior administrator role with a distinction; you will be an important part of the team, helping to keep key functions running smoothly and making a difference.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a part time administrator to join our team.

In this role you will utilise your knowledge and expertise to provide an administration function which will support the smooth running of Health in Justice service. This will include actioning and responding to requests on the team's shared mailbox, liaison with external organisations, collation of meeting papers and capturing records of meetings and seeing assigned tasks/actions through to completion.

You will be part of a well organised, friendly and supportive team that is always looking to improve and streamline its way of working.

  • RSA Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification), or equivalent experience gained through relevant administrative roles demonstrating comparable knowledge, skills and responsibilities.
