We have an exciting opportunity to recruit two Administrators to support our Administration Service. The roles will support our Inpatient Wards and will be based within our Administration Hub located at the Springview Hospital.
We are looking for motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues within Acute Inpatient setting in Springview to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our care.
We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.
The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be expected to provide a comprehensive administration service including diary management, attending meetings to take minutes, typing of correspondence, reports, agenda and minutes using either Winscribe or copy typing.
The applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.
This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical team. The applicant will also be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.
