We are seeking a part time Administrator to join the team! Based within the Oxfordshire Early Intervention Service (OEIS) office, the post holder will undertake a range of day to day administrative duties including managing records, processing referrals, coordinating meetings, maintaining electronic systems, and supporting communication across the team.

Main duties of the job
- Be responsible for providing an efficient administrative/secretarial service to the OEIS team
- Be a contact and channel of communication between users of the service and the team, maintaining a professional but sympathetic manner.
- Taking minutes of meetings.
- Deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information from the clinical team using initiative to direct appropriately.
- Provide reception cover
- Provide ad hoc, flexible, and focussed admin support to the team as required, ensuring that the office is stocked with relevant forms and stationery to ensure a smooth-running office.
