Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for skilled and motivated Administrator to join our team at the Southend PET-CT Centre at Southend Hospital.

We're ideally looking for individuals with a background in the health and care sector, as in time, the role will evolve in to training as a Clinical Assistant to provide extra support for the clinical team.

We are open 7 days a week so your shift patterns will be 10 hours per day, 4 days per week across Monday-Sunday.

You'll be meeting and greeting patients as they arrive for their scans so excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Main duties of the job

A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services. To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
