Main duties of the job
This is a varied, non-patient-facing administration role providing essential back-office support across the division and Modality Practices. You will deliver an efficient administrative service, managing workloads, processing documentation accurately within agreed timescales, and communicating professionally with clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
The role includes supporting meetings across Practices, preparing and managing medical and insurance reports, tracking progress and payments, and coordinating records and documentation. You will also support Practices with complaints administration, patient registrations including GP2GP workflows, and call and recall processes such as test results, long-term condition management, childhood immunisations, and cytology.
The role requires flexibility, initiative, and commitment. You will work resourcefully as part of a wider team to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard in line with procedures, protocols, and service requirements.
