The Directorate of Medical Education is recruiting a Medical Education Administrative Services Supervisor to join their team.
The Directorate of Medical Education is responsible for the quality of Medical Education activity within NHS Tayside. This includes supporting learners and educators of all levels from medical students, resident doctors through to consultant and non-medical staff involved in education. Organising events, creating timetables, providing guidance to learners and educators, and managing all related administrative processes which support Medical Education within NHS Tayside
This role includes managing and supervising the administrative support team for the Directorate and providing a comprehensive, high quality and professional administrative support to the Directorate.
To line manage, supervise, support and co-ordinate the administrative team within the Directorate of Medical Education. To provide a comprehensive and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Directorate of Medical Education to ensure smooth running of the medical education service, and provide a comprehensive, high quality, professional administration support to enable the Directorate to carry out its role effectively.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
