Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Each bank role is different – so there is always opportunity to learn something new! But generally, as a Bank Administrator your duties will require you to provide admin support to a team/service i.e. data entry, typing, managing emails and diaries, answering telephone queries. You will be expected to communicate effectively with your colleagues, service users and anyone else you come into contact with in your role (i.e. members of the public/external organisations).
