Main duties of the job

As a key member of our Equipment stores , the Administration Lead provides essential administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth, efficient daytoday operations. Youll manage patient calls, handle clinical correspondence, update records accurately, and act as a helpful first point of contact for patients, families, and clinical staff. Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, youll use your communication, prioritisation, and IT skills to keep information flowing and services running safely and effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys helping others, and wants to contribute directly to improving patient experience within a caring, communityfocused NHS Trust.
