An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Manager within Bolton Community Mental Health Teams

Main duties of the job

The post holder is responsible for the delivery of high quality management of the Bolton Directorate Administration Services including, but not exhaustive of Administrative Supervisors, Medical Secretaries, Team Secretaries, Reception Services and Management Secretaries/PA’s. The post holder will assist the development of staff teams to ensure quality of service and all performance targets are met. You will assist the Senior Manager in the development of local policies and procedures, along with the dissemination and training of these policies and procedures. The post holder will also ensure that achievement of national standards are met within their area and provide a confidential, efficient and service user friendly approach to each service within the division.
