Join us as a Administration Assistant!
We are recruiting to the Office Team at St Nicholas Hospital to work within our friendly Catering Department.
This post is offered at 20 hours per week, 7:30am-11:30am Monday - Friday including Bank Holidays.
Main duties of the job
- Collate Patient Menus for Central Catering
- Data inputting including financial charges
- Assist with maintenance of processes and systems
- Answer phone calls and email queries
- Manage joint email inboxes as required
