Job summary

If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a community environment, River Neighbourhood Team is a friendly, supportive, and hardworking team who are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed part time band 2 administrative assistant to be based at Gemini house in Kidderminster. The team covers 2 GP surgeries situated in the beautiful countryside of Worcestershire. The neighbourhood team operates from 07:30 18:30, Monday to Sunday including bank holidays.

This position includes the following shift patterns: Monday 08:00-16:00, Tuesday 09:00-17:00, Thursday 09:00-14:30 and, Friday 10:30-18:30 on a rota basis. Flexible working opportunities will be considered.

Main duties of the job

The role will require:

Your typical working day will include the undertaking of administrative duties that are specific to the role.

Provide administrative support as required, e.g. typing, data inputting, filing, scanning/copying, in line with Trust Policies and Procedures.

Answer deal with telephone and email enquiries, liaising and interacting with service users and, colleagues.

Deal with incoming and outgoing post and delivery of supplies.
