Located in London, in a peaceful and secluded part of Southgate, Priory Hospital North London is set within a striking Grade I listed building, overlooking beautiful parklands.

Main duties of the job
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
- Deliver specialist assessment, therapy, and treatment interventions for individuals with substance misuse and behavioral addictions.
- Lead and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, including evidence-based approaches such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior therapists and support staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance within the addictions service.
