We are looking for an Activity Coordinator to join the NWAS team and play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing and recovery of our service users. This role is central to creating a positive Ward environment by planning, delivering and encouraging participation in a wide range of meaningful activities that reduce boredom and promote engagement.
You will work primarily alongside service users, supporting them through creative, therapeutic and recreational activities, while also becoming an integral member of the wider Ward Team, contributing to holistic, person‑centred care.

Kestrel Ward is a 12 bedded General Adolescent Inpatient Unit, serving the North Wales and North Powys areas. We are committed to further developing our service to provide excellent and collaborative care with our service users, through participation in activity, recovery and gaining feedback of the service user experience.
