- Companionship- providing support, companionship, communication and engagement with residents
- Creating activities- you will be in charge of designing an engaging activities plan both internally and with external resources.
- Event planning our Activities Coordinators are involved with planning events such as summer BBQs or Christmas parties for our residents.
- Resident interaction you will always be in conversation with residents to see which activities they want to do and bringing them to fruition.
- External communications as an Activities Coordinator you will be speaking with external entertainers or businesses to organise visits from entertainers or arranging for visits to businesses for the residents.
- Mobility - supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility through activities such as Zumba or ballroom or even things like balloon tennis.
- Social activities- trips out, social engagements and activities within the home for all abilities.
