Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn't essential especially because we'll make sure you have the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career with us.
Main duties of the job
As an Activities Coordinator at Barchester, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a variety of activities aimed at enhancing the residents well-being. The role involves interacting with residents to understand their interests and preferences, thereby enabling you to plan activities that engage them socially, cognitively, and physically.
