An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated 019 Service as an Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract working 22.5 hours per week across various community administrative bases in Runcorn and Widnes.

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who can provide high-quality administrative support within a busy team environment.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support an innovative service that makes a real difference to Halton children, young people up to the age of 19 years or 25 with SEND, and their families.

We work collaboratively alongside our Family Hubs and partner agencies to deliver a quality service to ensure we have a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of our local population.

Main duties of the job

The 0-19 Administrator role provides efficient administrative support to Haltons 0-19 Service, handling communication with clients and professionals, data entry, general office duties, and liaison with practitioners while managing workload independently and under pressure.

Duties include cascading information within the team, maintaining digital child health records, allocating cases to Health Visitors, ensuring confidentiality, inputting data into electronic systems, extracting data to support contractual obligations, providing flexible administrative support across the service, and attending meetings.

Job responsibilities

Flexible working will be considered for all roles.

North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust (NCM) serves more than one million residents across the Halton and Warrington boroughs and the wider North West region.
