Job overview
We are looking for someone ideally with experience of: The delivery of a Professional patient focused meal service ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are always maintained.
Candidate will be expected to work a range of shifts on a 3 week rota working two weekends out of three.
Main duties of the job

- Comply with Hazard analysis critical control points (HACCP).
- Comply with all Trust policies, procedures and protocols.
- Working in a hot environment, or in continuous chilled environment

The delivery of a Professional patient focused meal service ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Please note whilst this role is predominantly based in the catering department, there may be a requirement in the future to work across all Facility services, which include Portering/Linen, Domestics, Catering, Transport/Equipment and other support services.
