Roseneath Avenue is located in Winchmore Hill, a leafy suburb in North London, in the borough of Enfield. It offers residential support for six males and females, who are autistic, have a learning disability or complex needs. We are situated on a quiet street, near the town centre.Our team are dedicated to providing a safe, person-centred environment for the people we care for, ensuring they receive the care that is right for them, consistently and throughout every stage of their life, enabling and promoting safe independence both within their home and in the community.Due to the requirements of our residents, we can only consider Female candidates for this role.
What you'll be doing
- Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
- Encourage and assist participation in activities and community life.
- Support service users in achieving their personal outcomes in the way they choose.
- Maintain accurate records, care plans, charts, and daily notes.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality in line with policies and regulations.
- Act as a key worker for individuals, helping them to set goals and track progress.
- Promote choice, independence, and involvement at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions.
