The Validation and Performance Clerk supports the delivery of accurate and high-quality patient data in relation to Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathways. The postholder is responsible for monitoring patient access systems, validating RTT pathways, and ensuring accurate reporting to support operational and performance teams across the Trust.
This permanent, part-time position (22.5 hours per week) is essential to the RTT Validation Team in maintaining and improving the Trust’s RTT (Referral to Treatment) position and ensuring the accuracy of patient pathway data. The role underpins timely validation tasks, which directly impact data quality, reporting accuracy, and the Trust’s performance against national RTT standards.
This is a non-clinical, office-based role.

The role also involves mentoring new staff in RTT processes, providing clear communication with clinical and operational teams, and maintaining high standards of data quality in line with national RTT rules.

This is a permanent, part-time (22.5 hours per week), non-clinical office-based role, reporting to the Validation Team Leader and working closely with divisional operational teams, the Business Intelligence Team, and administrative colleagues across the Trust. Main Responsibilities
