We are seeking to recruit A well organised, dedicated and committed Tobacco Dependency Advisor, based at Ipswich Hospital, although you will be required to travel to other sites to meet business requirements.
You will deliver and promote the Tobacco Treatment Services at ESNEFT hospital sites, working collaboratively with clinical staff and partners, putting our patients at the heart of the Service.
You will be regularly working in demanding clinical and public areas dealing face- to- face with patients and visitors, many with complex needs.
Successful candidate will work unsupervised for the major of the time but will be supported by the Tobacco Treatment Operational Co-ordinator and the wider Health Inequalities Team as required; consequently, you should have the ability to work in a team and independently.
Working a 5-day-week you should have the flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays to enable the delivery of a 6-day-a-week service.
