  To have an in-depth knowledge of the roles of Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist within rehabilitation and the ability to support their interventions to promote patient independence, recovery and safe discharge planning

  To have an in-depth knowledge of the cardiovascular system

  To have an in-depth knowledge of the respiratory system

• Experience

  Significant experience of working as a band 3 in a Therapy support worker role or student therapist role

• Experience

  Comfortable using clinical and administrative IT systems as part of daily workflow

• Qualifications

  Level 3 apprenticeship in health and social care (NVQ III)

• Qualifications

  GCSE English and Maths – grade 9-4 or Functional skills English and Maths - level 2

• Qualifications

  Evidence of having attended clinical training and how this has been put into practice

  Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, accurate and timely patient documentation
