Wye Valley trust are seeking a Temporary staffing co-ordinator for our busy Temporary staffing team. This position is a full time (37.5) hours and is permanent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the activities of multiple stakeholders to provide an efficient and cost effective service that meets the needs of our temporary staffing team.
Main duties of the job
- To efficiently assist in the daily running of the bank office.
- To work as part of a team ensuring shifts are processed efficiently and within given timescales.
- Answer all telephone enquiries, taking and relaying messages in a polite and helpful manner, taking action as appropriate.
- To liaise with external agencies as per departmental policies and procedures.
- To input data into the E-roster and any other data bases required promptly and to provide wards and departments with relevant information as required.
