Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary based at Ailsa Hospital.
What you will do:
As Team Secretary within South Ayrshire Mental Health Services you will provide a comprehensive, confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Community Mental Health Team clinicians and nursing staff. You will work proactively on own initiative with a flexible and positive attitude, working in conjunction with other team members including internal and external agencies.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You will be educated to SVQ III/HNC in Business Administration or equivalent experience, ‘O’ Grade/Standard Grade Credit or National 5 in English, have a recognised IT qualification in Microsoft Office packages. You will have advanced typing skills and proven audio typing experience. Experience of working within an NHS environment and understanding of NHS inter-disciplinary networks are desirable. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have the ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and the flexibility to adapt to change at short notice.

Hours:
37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
A UK car licence/car ownership is essential to this role.
A car driver is required as you may be required to travel across various sites/bases within NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
