We have  three  exciting opportunities to become a Team Leader within Patient Services, to lead and motivate our clinical administration teams within HUB 4 within Women's and Children's Hospital Hull Royal Infirmary supporting our clinical colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver the very best care for our patients.

You will support the Hub manager with their work whilst supporting & motivating your team, you will work at the Hull Royal site although some cross site working over Castle Hill Hospital  will be expected.

You will oversee outpatient clinics, inpatient waiting lists and patient correspondence teams adhering to performance targets and identifying continuous service improvements.

You’ll be required to analyse performance data ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team.

If you are an external applicant, you will be required to start on the second working Monday of the month to ensure you are welcomed into the trust and are provided with the best experience possible. This will be via the  Patient Services induction training plan.

  • Has great writing and administrative skills, with competency in using   Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Uses their initiative and can think on their feet
