Locala Community Dental Services (CDS) are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader to provide operational leadership and support across our dental services.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading teams to achieve excellence.
As Team Leader, you will work closely with clinicians, dental nurses and administrative staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of services. You will promote a positive working culture, support service development, and ensure that patients receive safe, effective and compassionate care.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management to designated teams within Community Dental Services.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with organisational policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate resources effectively to maintain high standards of patient care and service efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues and external stakeholders to support service delivery.
We are looking for a motivated and approachable leader with:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within healthcare or dental services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing staff performance, supporting professional development.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused services.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
