Exciting Band 7 Secondment Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Team Lead to join the CYP Neurodevelopmental Service on a six-month secondment.
With important developments taking place both locally and nationally, this is a great time to join the service and contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of our neurodevelopmental pathways.
We are looking for someone who can provide compassionate, visible and supportive leadership, while maintaining a clear focus on quality, performance and the needs of children and families.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to broaden their leadership experience, gain experience at Band 7 level and contribute to a service at an exciting point in its development.

Main duties of the job
You will provide leadership and line management to a small, highly motivated team of clinicians and administrators, with key areas of responsibility including:
- Day-to-day operational leadership and line management
- Quality, governance and patient safety
- Demand and capacity management
- Service performance and improvement
- Supporting and developing staff
- Ensuring children, young people and families receive a high-quality experience of our service
- Working collaboratively with internal and external partners to support service development
