We are seeking an inspirational midwife who can bring energy, vision and strong leadership to our Delivery Suite team. The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate substantial experience within maternity services and a passion for intrapartum care.
- Inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional patient-centred care.
- Lead and support a large multidisciplinary workforce, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practice.
- Support service development and implement innovative ways of working.
- Be confident in managing workforce, resources and departmental budgets.
- Champion staff wellbeing, professional development and education.
- Work clinically when required through escalation
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
- Act as a visible role model, embodying the values of The Leeds Way.
