We are looking for an e self motivated Radiographer to manage our team of radiographers.
We currently have a part time post (0.8 WTE) which will be based in Cowal Community Hospital Dunoon. The successful candidate will provide leadership and management over both Cowal Community Hospital and Victoria Hospital in Rothesay.
Both sites provide a plain film service to A&E, In patients, Out patients, GPs and Dentists.
In Cowal Community hospital we provide a 24/7 service therefore on call is included in this post. Following a review of the service we can offer a better work/life balance and we are happy to discuss how this works.
You will be supported by a small team of radiographers from across Argyll and Bute and radiologists who are based in Lorn and Islands hospital. Although this post is based in Dunoon and Rothesay some Argyll and Bute cross site working may be required in order to maintain the service.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who is forward thinking and committed to providing an excellent service to the population of Cowal and Bute. They should have at least 3 years post-graduate experience plus 2 years senior-level experience in supervision and team leadership.
