Main duties of the job

This position is limited to female applicants due to a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) under the Equality Act 2010, part 1 of schedule 9. The role involves supporting people to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes by providing personal care, assisting with daily tasks, and offering comfort and reassurance. We offer fully funded professional training, qualifications, career development, and flexible contracts. The role pays up to £12.75 per hour, with opportunities to earn a referral bonus of up to £1,000. Blue Light discounts and a pension scheme are also available.
