We are seeking a dedicated Systems Support Administrator to join our ever-evolving Systems team.
As a Systems Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative technical support and assistance for the Trust's Clinical IT systems.

Main duties of the job
Working closely with our IT teams and end-users, you will ensure the reliable operation and support of our clinical systems, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
You will need to be customer focused, pro-active, possess strong communication skills, confident IT skills and a strong work ethic. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, committed to working together in supporting our clinical services.
You will be administering clinical IT systems, reviewing and granting access requests and supporting end users on the systems you are assigned to support.

We provide hospital services from two acute sites - Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.
