To support delivery of our clinical pathways we are investing in a range of psychological practitioner roles, which will sit within/work across our new community neighbourhood teams.

Our pathways embody strong partnership working with a wide range of statutory and VCSE providers and people with lived experience. Each of the advertised post has a key role in ensuring that the community therapies pathways are high quality, effective and accessible across the adult age range and that psychosocial interventions are embedded in wider service delivery
Main duties of the job
- To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the systemic family therapy needs of people with mental health difficulties who use our services.
- To supervise and teach staff including students.
The job will be within our Adult Community Mental Health (ACMH) services, and the base will be negotiated with the post holder. We will need a presence in the East and in the West. The postholder will be expected to work flexibly within all ACMH services, as need arises.
