Main duties of the job

The role of a Support Worker at Enable in Wareham involves making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with complex support needs. You'll be working with people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and complex needs. Your tasks include encouraging independent living, supporting daily activities, effective communication, promoting quality of life, and providing positive behavioural support. As part of the team, you'll record and report changes and work both independently and collaboratively. Supporting Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.
