Your Day-to-Day...
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients and residents
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Learn about individuals specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required
- Safeguard those in our care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
- Support service users with community-based activities and appointments, including driving when required

- Sensitive and intuitive, with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating and varied environment
- Committed to empowering and supporting service user independence
- In possession of a full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years
