Main duties of the job

Join our Service in Melksham as a Support Worker to help individuals build confidence, independence, and joy, enabling them to thrive in their community. Every day is different, providing everyday support, visiting local pubs, or joining holiday adventures tailored to individual interests and aspirations. Help people make the most of life with £13.20 per hour, referral bonuses, training, career opportunities, discounts, and pension. Shifts available: 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, or day shifts. We're looking for calm, patient, and caring individuals, team players with a full UK driving licence. Support individuals with learning disabilities in Melksham by providing personal care, promoting independence, and ensuring safety.

Youll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our service in Melksham to thrive and live as independently as possible. Youll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

Youll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
