Priory Westfield View is a residential service set within a one story building. We provide assessment and support for adults living with Learning Disability diagnosis, Autism or Mental Health but may present complex conditions.Located in Market Weighton with good access to community services and close to the seaside, Westfield Road helps people to access the community as much as possible, to take part in meaningful activities, and to reduce the risk of moving back into a hospital setting.
What you'll be doing
- You will be committed to working in a person centred way that promotes independence and social inclusion.
- You will be expected to provide support in a way that reflects the wishes and needs of the people you are supporting, and is consistent with their individual support plans.
- You will support people to maintain a home of their own and to lead rich and fulfilled lives as valued and contributing members of their community.
- You will be expected to comply with all regulation as defined in policies, in supervisions and in training sessions.
- You will also be expected to attend supervisions, team meetings and training and ensure that you provide good communication to your manager and colleagues.
- Personal Care maybe required as part of the job role.
