Ensure all orders are packed to a high standard to maintain the satisfaction of NHS Customers in Wales.

Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures
Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules.
Assisting with warehouse inventory controls, which typically involves using a hand-held scanner.
Warehouse experience is desirable for this post but not essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
A vacancy has arisen for a Stores Operative, based at Newport Stores, Imperial Park, Unit 5 Celtic Way, Newport NP10 8BE.
The working hours will be 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Tuesday (15 hours per week). The successful candidate will work as a member of a team that accepts and selects.
The successful candidate will work as a member of a team that receives and picks orders for Health boards. Candidates should have previous stores experience, be industrious, customer focused and understand the importance of a high-quality service.
