There are vacancies on the Carleton Clinic site within our Flexipool Team- situated in Cumbria.
You must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, punctual, and work well within a team, whilst being adaptable to changing situations. You will need to be able to work calmly and efficiently, whilst remaining focused on providing a person centred approach to care and treatment.
Main duties of the job
As part of the multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high quality nursing care for patients across all inpatient areas on Carleton Clinic Site, including Working Age Adults, Older adults functional and Organic and Learning Disabilities. You will contribute to the assessment, care planning, review and discharge process and ensure that patients are receiving high quality, evidence based care. You will contribute to the daily activity on the ward and have opportunity to be involved in multiple different care tasks.
You will have excellent learning and development opportunities and will be working with supportive and dynamic teams, who always strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients.
