This is a full time role of 37.5 hours per week.Priory Melton Place, in Melton Mowbray, is a community-facing facility, which provides an alternative to a hospital setting, whilst still having the expertise to support those with complex and enduring mental health needs.Our new specialist residential mental health service provides 24 hour nursing care for males and females aged 18 years and above, who may also have a secondary diagnosis of a learning disability.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health care
- Assess, plan and review individualised care for patient
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical record
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support recover
- Promote a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.
