Ward T3 have an exciting opportunity for a staff nurse to join the Vascular surgical team.  Ward T3 has opportunities for staff nurses  to develop skills and knowledge in caring for acutely ill patients pre and post operatively.

  • Assess patient care needs and design, implement, and evaluate tailored care plans
  • Act as a named care provider for a specific group of patients while supporting the wider team
  • Assist in managing and organising daily work, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
  • Play a key role in supervising and assessing learners and unregistered staff, acting as a mentor and named supervisor
