A rare opportunity has arisen in our Day Treatment Unit as a band 5 staff nurse. part time 28.5 hours/week
The Day treatment Unit is a specialist unit that provides care on the same day for a wide variety of patients, either diagnosing medical conditions through biopsies or investigations or controlling medical conditions through medications.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work alongside the existing members of the DTU team to provide a high standard of care to patients who require medications, procedures of investigations to either control or diagnose medical conditions.

The Day Treatment Unit are looking for someone who is compassionate about patient care and who is dedicated to providing a high standard of care.
The team have built a good rapport with many of their patients due to the nature of DTU they are able to see some of their patients on a regular basis due to the ongoing treatment programmes of the patients they care for.
