Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist looking for flexible working opportunities within a diverse and rewarding acute care environment?

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is recruiting enthusiastic and skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to join our AHP Staff Bank, supporting acute inpatient services across NHSGGC acute hospitals sites.

As a Bank practitioner, you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You'll play a key role in assessment, rehabilitation, discharge planning, and supporting patients to achieve the best possible outcomes throughout their hospital journey.

Opportunities are available across a range of acute specialties including:

  • Front Door Services
  • Older People Services
  • Acute Medical Services
  • Stroke Services
  • Surgical and Vascular Services
  • Orthopaedic Services
  • Trauma Services

These services provide a varied and stimulating clinical environment, supporting patients with complex medical, surgical, neurological, orthopaedic and rehabilitation needs from admission through to discharge.

We are looking for clinicians who:

  • Are HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists
  • Have experience working within acute inpatient services
  • Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Thrive in fast-paced multidisciplinary settings
  • Are committed to delivering safe, effective and person-centred care
  • Can adapt confidently across a variety of clinical specialties
