Job summary

<p class="isSelectedEnd">We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and enthusiastic <strong>Speech and Language Therapy Assistant</strong> (SLTA) to join our Children\'s Speech and Language Therapy team. This is an exciting opportunity to support children and young people (CYP) with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), helping them to achieve their communication potential through high-quality, person-centred intervention.</p><p>As a <strong>Speech and Language Therapy Assistant</strong>, you will provide regular intervention for CYP by delivering therapy programmes devised by a qualified Speech and Language Therapist (SLT). You will play a key role in developing the skills and confidence of the Team Around the Child (TAC), enabling communication strategies to be embedded across everyday environments.
