The role is community-based and offers variety and autonomy, with visits taking place in patients' own homes, community venues and healthcare settings across the county. You will work closely with patients, families, therapists and the wider team to support people in achieving meaningful rehabilitation goals.
We are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and compassionate, with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for people affected by stroke and neurological conditions.

- Provide administrative support to the Speech and Language Therapy team as required.
- Work independently within agreed competencies while recognising when to seek guidance from qualified therapists.
- Actively contribute as a valued member of the wider Integrated Community Stroke Service multidisciplinary team.
- As this is a community-based role, there is a requirement to hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
