Band 5 - Speech and Language Therapist
Full-time 36 hours
We have an exciting opportunity for innovative and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our friendly Children’s Service in Aberdeen. This post is in our community team delivering universal, targeted and specialist levels of input to a dedicated caseload of children with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs including additional support needs.
You will be an excellent communicator and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team in a variety of different settings. You will carry a caseload of children and young people with a range of speech, language and communication difficulties with support and supervision from more experienced/specialist staff.
You will be part of a supportive team, with good administrative, and assistant support. There are excellent working relationships with colleagues within schools and local authorities, and the service has a strong commitment to CPD.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and well-organised Speech and Language Therapists who are passionate about working with children and young people.
