Main duties of the job
- To manage a caseload of community adult clients with multiple and complex needs, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
- To support the team/clinical lead in providing clinical and supervisory leadership to junior colleagues, support workers and students within own area of responsibility, within the multidisciplinary team.
- To be jointly responsible with other colleagues with the implementation of policy, protocol, service/practice development and change within own are of responsibility.
- To continue to demonstrate specialist clinical skills in practice and provide support/advice re service development and the delivery of care, in partnership with service users, careers, staff, managers and other agencies.
