Main duties of the job
Are you an experienced Physiotherapist with a passion for neurological rehabilitation and respiratory care?
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our specialist multidisciplinary team in Birmingham on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals living with complex neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries, delivering high-quality rehabilitation that makes a genuine difference to people's lives.
Working across our inpatient and outpatient services, you will support clients with a range of complex physical, neurological and respiratory needs, including individuals requiring tracheostomy management and chest physiotherapy. You will be part of a highly experienced MDT, contributing to personalised rehabilitation programmes that maximise independence, function and quality of life.
Our recently refurbished service has benefited from significant investment in rehabilitation technology, including robotic-assisted therapy systems such as the Luna EMG Premium and ExoMotus M4. These tools complement rather than replace the expert clinical skills of our therapists, enabling intensive, goal-focused rehabilitation and measurable outcomes.
This role would particularly suit a Physiotherapist currently working in neuro rehabilitation, respiratory care, stroke rehabilitation, major trauma, spinal injury, or complex community rehabilitation who is looking for a part-time opportunity within a specialist service.
