Location: East Herts based in Welwyn Garden City, secondary base in Bishops Stortford
Hours: Part time 0.64 FTE: 24 hours per week (does not include shift or weekend work). Hybrid working available.

As an Occupational Therapist in HPFT you would:
Be part of a team, not a lone professional

Be involved in CPD and reflective practice – these happen on a monthly basis.
Our OTs are valued and work as OTs within the teams – minimal generic work, and are supervised by experienced Specialist/Head/Lead Occupational Therapists

Main duties of the job
As an Occupational therapist you would be required to:
Build a working relationship with clients to ensure treatment provided for every person is unique and targeted to their individual needs. To enable you to assist them in being able to improve their function despite their underlying mental health condition. Provide Occupational Therapy assessment and interventions for a specified service user group, carry a caseload as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and to develop the Occupational Therapy service provision within the setting.
