This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse within this specialist field to join our dynamic Substance Misuse Recovery Service. We are looking for registered nurses RMN, with relevant nursing experience in Substance Misuse ideally in a remote and rural setting and post graduate education.

The post holder will assist in developing and maintaining a clinical service providing assessment, treatment and support to individuals whom have been identified as being dependent on substances. They will provide support to individuals with co-existing mental health and substance issues. This will involve assessment of service users needs; development, implementation and evaluation of individually planned care together with other members of the multidisciplinary team and partner agencies. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of multi-agency working are essential.
